Our Team
Christos Xenofontos
Christos holds a BSc of Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton; he also holds an MBA from the University of Cyprus, and he is a Qualified Charter Accountant from ICAEW. In addition, he has several certificates in alternative investments, behavioural finance and leadership from prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School and Stanford Executive Business School.
Camelia Kazandjis
Prior to joining Bard Worldwide Group, Camelia accumulated over 8 years of experience across various industries, including Maritime Transport & Logistics and Financial Services. This diverse background has equipped her with a broad understanding of both sector-specific and global financial dynamics.
Camelia holds a degree in International Economic Relations from the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, completed between 1996-2000. She further specialized in maritime finance by earning a Diploma in International Maritime Transport from The Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest in 2000.
In 2011, she achieved the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), further solidifying her expertise in financial management and business strategy.
Elena Nicolaou
From 2015 to 2019, Elena gained valuable experience in the Corporate Compliance department at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd, where she developed a solid foundation in regulatory and compliance matters. In 2019, she joined Bard Worldwide Group, where she is involved in all aspects of corporate compliance for both Cypriot and international entities, with a strong focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Elena holds an AML Certificate issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is registered in the Public Register of Certified Persons with CySEC. Her expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management ensures that the companies she oversees remain in full compliance with local and international standards.
Manos Panayiotou
To achieve these objectives, Manos conducts comprehensive market research, analyses economic trends, and evaluates the performance of diverse asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. His approach combines strategic asset allocation with a focus on risk-adjusted returns.
In collaboration with senior management and the investment committee, Manos ensures that the portfolio is continuously optimized based on evolving market conditions.
Lily Herodotou
Lily began her career at Deloitte, where she developed extensive expertise in audit services across a variety of industries. She then moved onto the Gaming Industry as a Chief Accountant and later advanced to the role of Financial Controller in the E-Gaming industry. During this period, she gained in-depth experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management.
Currently, Lily is the Financial Controller of the Bard Worldwide Group, where she oversees the financial operations and accounting affairs of the Group. Her diverse background, strong analytical skills, and ability to drive efficiency in the team, make her an integral asset in the Group.
Christos Georgiou
Christos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Cyprus and ACA-qualified professional though ICAEW reflecting the commitment to the highest standards of financial practice. Working for more than 4 years in PwC Cyprus, Christos gained experience in a diverse portfolio of clients and industries such as funds, family offices, holding and investment companies, construction, trading etc.
Known for his disciplined approach and collaborative mindset, he is dedicated to deliver superior financial reporting and assurance services.
